  Sumeeti is the co-founder of PSI and has over 10 years of leadership experience in the ICT industry. Under her leadership, PSI has realized its potential, expanding the service portfolio for newer markets and segments. She has conceptualized and built new competencies for PSI’s business processes in the areas of ISO processes, quality, customer satisfaction and over all administration. She has also started and built voice and process based solutions for the travel industry.

  Sumeeti has a unique quality to develop sustainable value to the PSI ecosystem. She has been instrumental in setting up an independent IT Training and Finishing school. Christened as “V-Technos”, the organization aims to groom 5000 young dynamic engineering graduates every year.

  She started PRATHAM SHIKSHA for under privileged children in the year 2005 and in a short span of 6 years the school has imparted basic education and higher education to 600 underprivileged students from slum areas. One of the most memorable moments was when one of the students got selected through engineering entrance examination (AIEEE) and is now pursuing IT specialization at a reputed engineering college.

  She founded a Robotics company with the name RoboGalaxy, which is an e-learning portal. She has also established a robotic lab, which caters to students from Grade 3 to Grade 10.

  After completing her graduation she got selected in RPSC Examination and worked as Assistant Engineer in PHED (Public health and Engineering department) for the State of Rajasthan. She left her job and co-founded PSI with her husband, Puneet in the year 2000.

  Sumeeti is a Bachelor in Engineering from M.B.M Engineering College, Jodhpur (India). She is on the Executive Committee of FICCI (FLO) Jaipur Chapter. She is also PMP certified.

  She loves painting, music and learning about culture and religions of the world. One of her passions is Interior designing and she intends to pursue Architecture and Interior designing.

  Gulab brings extensive IT industry experience to PSI, gained after having served global giants for more than 26 years. He has played a key role in developing PSI’s core intellectual strategies while adding significant value to our solutions and client deliverables. Although an extensive business traveler, Gulab primarily operates from PSI’s US office in Saratoga, California. Gulab owns PSI’s client relationships while anchoring our global business strategy.

  Gulab heads US & EU operations for PSI, managing international business relations and business development. His constant focus on delivering tangible value to client’s with a partnership oriented approach has helped in making PSI a leading off-shore software product engineering company in the US, UK & Australia. Gulab strives to enrich the technology and business practices with diversity of thought and strategy. He has helped to boost up the sales in US and EU by focusing his expertise towards client acquisition.

  He last worked for Sun Microsystems, USA, serving them for 16 years in the capacity of Sr. Director Engineering. He has also worked with Philips, Canada and couple of other midsize companies in USA both in management and technical positions.

  Gulab is B.E (Electrical) from (BITS) Pilani, India and holds a master’s degree M.S.E.E from Washington University in St Louis, MO, USA. Gulab actively participates in various international software development conferences. He loves travelling and has keen interest in classical music and photography.

  Manoj brings over 13 years of Board Room level experience to PSI. Overall, he has over 30 years’ experience across manufacturing, retail and service industries and in Business Strategy, Project Management, Developing and Implementing Processes; Software Architecture and development of new businesses.

  Prior to PSI he was associated with VGL group as Sr. Vice President – Corp. Planning & New Business. During this period he has set up a number of new business including three 24 hour television shopping channels in Europe & USA, a chain of retail stores, and headed the business process re-engineering exercise across the multi-national group company. Being in-charge of the groups’ IT functions, he has made important contributions to the architecture and design of the ERP system and its integration with the online television auction and shopping systems.

  Very much a family man, Manoj is very interested in spirituality, loves to read and watches sports on TV.

  Munish has been with PSI for last 10 years. PSI has grown from 15 people company now to 200 +. He is responsible for managing the sales and marketing in PSI. He is responsible for key accounts acquisition, nurturing and continual growth for the same.

  He plays key role in strategic alliances and channel partner set up for PSI across the globe. This has been very successful for PSI in geographies where PSI needed penetration and foot prints.

  At PSI, he brought fresh impetus to the sales and marketing organization, managed the service portfolio globally for USA/EU and Australia and captained PSI’s most successful service, setting an unequalled sales record in the process.

  Munish has been chosen “ leader of the year” and” employee of the year” in PSI exemplifying his contribution and achievements.

  He is Bachelor of Business Administration and MBA in Marketing from Newport University, California.

  He likes to go for adventure sports like hiking. He has keen interest in music for all genres, especial interest and hobby for writing rhymed verse.

  Suvigya has over 14 years of experience in developing client-server and web applications in Microsoft based technologies.   He has managed end-to-end SDLC while delivering client server applications; Web based portals, SaaS based and ERP applications. Suvigya has experience of delivering solutions in Healthcare, Payroll and Financial Accounting. He also has wide expertise in managing the development of entire Quote-to-Cash Modules of ERP applications.

  In recent years, Microsoft Technologies have grown in popularity & strength as highly scalable platform for application development and integration. Suvigya and his team have ensured consistent skill improvement within the Microsoft Technology Expert Group in PSI. As a result, PSI holds Microsoft Gold certification and 70% of the group comprises of Microsoft certified professionals.

  Before joining PSI, Suvigya has worked for over 10 years within the IT Industry with his responsibilities spanning from heading the IT departments to being part of the top management.

  Suvigya is a graduate in Science and Post graduate in IT. Suvigya is a Microsoft Certified Professional and ISO 9001:2008 certified auditor.

  Lalit heads the BPM Solutions Group in PSI and brings 11 years of diverse experience of working and managing Java/J2EE/Savvion projects to the table. He is effective, well skilled and experienced in delivering on time, cost & schedule. He has long experience in estimation, proposal drafting & complete systems development lifecycle from inception, design, construction & testing through to final delivery & support.

  As the head of BPM practice in PSI, Lalit is responsible for delivery, project/program management, relationship management, managing customer expectations & cost management. He has helped PSI to deliver large project(s) as an experienced leader of multi cultural/multi disciplinary teams.

  His team has been instrumental in managing and delivering the biggest and most complex projects in the BPM practice area and has grown the BPM group in PSI to be one of the largest teams in the world with expertise in Progress | Savvion Business Manager. He introduced new processes to increase productivity, quality of work & reduce dependency on individuals; he has also advocated the need for being proactive and customer centric.

  Prior to PSI, Lalit was a consultant with an MNC where he was a part of core team to deliver strategic solutions for UK government. There he was instrumental in developing strategic Java based technical solutions and managing team. Coming from strong technical background he has a strong experience in design strategies.

  Lalit holds an engineering degree in electrical from NIT Rourkela and also postgraduate diploma in business administration from IBS Calcutta. He is also a PMI certified project management professional.

  Outside his busy schedule, Lalit enjoys playing Cricket and badminton. He also likes to spend time with his kids.
