  He has been instrumental in developing PSI’s Global Delivery Model, which has helped in providing real time IT solutions with live support and high quality service experience. He has guided its steady growth with a vision to build a company based on ethics, excellence and customer focus.

  Because of his unique vision, dedication and ability to foresee future technologies; Pratham Software (PSI) has become an enabler of technology in the areas of Software Product Engineering and Professional Services. Under his leadership, Pratham Software (PSI) has consistently bettered growth target and expanded its footprints from India to UK, US, Canada, Europe and Australasia.

  Puneet graduated from MNIT, one of the most reputed colleges across India.  A firm believer in holistic growth of society, Puneet actively contributes in various professional forums through TiE Foundation, MNIT Alumni and RAIN (Rajasthan Angel Investors Network). He is associated with many social organizations including Phi Space, an incubation centre with 10 startups and a team of 125 people. Pratham Shiksha, a charitable school for under privileged children. At present about 300+ students are studying here, the school is being partly funded by Pratham employees. His other community initiatives include Prem Shanti Charitable Trust which regularly organizes free eye surgery camps and other social/electoral awareness campaigns.

  Sumeeti is the co-founder of Pratham Software (PSI) and has over 16 years of leadership experience in the ICT industry. Under her leadership, Pratham Software (PSI) has realized its potential, expanding the service portfolio for newer markets and segments. She has conceptualized and built new competencies for Pratham Software (PSI)’s business processes in the areas of ISO processes, quality, customer satisfaction and over all administration. She has also started and built voice and process based solutions for the travel industry.

  Sumeeti has a unique quality to cultivate sustainable value to the Pratham Software (PSI) ecosystem. She not just brings a female leadership to the business but a competitive edge for the future.  She has been instrumental in overall administration, mentoring and grievance handling at Pratham Software (PSI).

  She supervises the CSR initiatives of Pratham Software (PSI). She is the Founder & Trustee of Pratham Shiksha; a Jaipur Rajasthan (India) based charitable organization promoting basic education for underprivileged children living in slum areas of Jaipur, Rajasthan.

  She has been recently awarded with 100 Women Achievers Award by the Ministry of Women and Child Welfare, Government of India; for her incredible work in the field of education. She has also been felicitated with Bharat Gaurav Award, 2016 among the other awards and recognitions for her social initiatives.

  She has also set up RoboGalaxy, an e-learning portal and robotic lab catering to students from Grade 3 to Grade 10.

  She is also PMP certified. She actively participates in various industry-academia programs organised by institutes and colleges in Jaipur.  A widely travelled and noted speaker, she is on the board of various social & economic forums.

  She loves painting, music and learning about culture and religions of the world. One of her passions is Interior designing and she intends to pursue Architecture and Interior designing.

  Gulab Sharma is the President at Pratham Software (PSI) and is currently heading PSI USA. He is a visionary IT transformational leader with over 26+ years of industry experience. He has transformed and guided Pratham Software (PSI) to generate sales and deliver quality applications to our customer base across globe. He considers excellence in service quality and customer focus are the key to growth in business. Our attitude towards others determines their attitude towards us and this stimulates Gulab to have a strong customer focus.

  An alumni of Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani and Washington Univerysity USA, he has worked with several world class companies in senior technical and management positions. He had worked with Sun Microsystems in the capacity of Sr. Director Engineering before being part of the PSI and he clearly understands the quality and delivery model for off-shoring. He was part of the team, who set up the India Center for Sun Microsystems in the late 90’s.  He motivates the team to explore untapped business avenues for Pratham Software (PSI).

  Gulab actively participates in various international software development conferences and events. He loves travelling and has keen interest in classical music and photography.

  Manoj brings over 13 years of Board Room level experience to PSI. Overall, he has over 30 years’ experience across manufacturing, retail and service industries and in Business Strategy, Project Management, Developing and Implementing Processes; Software Architecture and development of new businesses.

  Prior to PSI he was associated with VGL group as Sr. Vice President – Corp. Planning & New Business. During this period he has set up a number of new business including three 24 hour television shopping channels in Europe & USA, a chain of retail stores, and headed the business process re-engineering exercise across the multi-national group company. Being in-charge of the groups’ IT functions, he has made important contributions to the architecture and design of the ERP system and its integration with the online television auction and shopping systems.

  Very much a family man, Manoj is very interested in spirituality, loves to read and watches sports on TV.

Prior to becoming Managing Partner and Director of the German subsidiary of the Pratham Software Group, he has worked as the Territory Head, Germany & EU for Pratham Software (PSI).

  Stefan has studied Management at AKAD in Germany and is also a certified IT-Specialist and Programmer.

  He is a senior Ice-Hockey player and also likes to play Golf and being in the mounts of Bavaria.

  Michael is a Management graduate from the University of Munich, Germany.

  Munish has been with PSI for last 10 years. PSI has grown from 15 people company now to 200 +. He is responsible for managing the sales and marketing in PSI. He is responsible for key accounts acquisition, nurturing and continual growth for the same.

  He plays key role in strategic alliances and channel partner set up for PSI across the globe. This has been very successful for PSI in geographies where PSI needed penetration and foot prints.

  At PSI, he brought fresh impetus to the sales and marketing organization, managed the service portfolio globally for USA/EU and Australia and captained PSI’s most successful service, setting an unequalled sales record in the process.

  Munish has been chosen “ leader of the year” and” employee of the year” in PSI exemplifying his contribution and achievements.

  Suvigya has over 20 years of experience in multi-functional areas with specialization in project / program management. He has strong experience in creating robust architectures while deploying agile methodologies like eXtreme Programming (XP) and SCRUM etc.

  He has managed end-to-end SDLC while delivering client server applications; Web based portals, SaaS based and ERP applications. Suvigya has experience of delivering solutions in Healthcare, Logistics, Human Resource Management and Financial Accounting. He also has wide expertise in managing the development of entire Quote-to-Cash Modules of ERP applications.

  In recent years, Mobile Technologies have grown in popularity & strength. Mobile apps are now integral part of any application. Suvigya has ensured consistent skill improvement within the Mobile Technology Expert Group in Pratham Software (PSI). As a result, we have a sound team in mobile development which includes Native app development using Objective C, SWIFT, Android SDK and Xamarin.

  Apart from Mobile technology, Suvigya is also looking after new technology areas for exploration and future investment. He has shown the capabilities to build the team from scratch and take it to a viable and stable team.

  Prior to Pratham Software (PSI), Lalit has worked as a consultant in a MNC where he was a part of core team to deliver strategic solutions for UK government. There he was instrumental in developing strategic Java based technical solutions and managing team. Coming from strong technical background, he has a strong experience in design strategies.
